Caitlyn Wang
Founder, Chief Executive Officer
is a proven senior business leader with global marketing, product development, and supply chain management backgrounds who founded curaJOY to build children’s emotional fitness. She studied at Johns Hopkins University, and worked extensively with children with ADHD and various other learning difficulties. Having spent her life moving between the US and East Asia, Caitlyn brings personal experience in gifted and talented education from the perspective of a third culture kid. She firmly believes that empowering children with the right skillset is how the world gets changed. This conviction fuels her long but rewarding workdays at curaJOY. “We are changing the world, one child at a time,” says Caitlyn.

Mukesh Goswami
Co-founder, Chief Technology Officer
is a Poet by heart and a technology geek by brain. A passionate SW Products leader, Mukesh is a strong believer in continuous improvement & simple innovation with over 26 years of experience in building enterprise & startup products. He is a servant leader who puts people first. His daughter, a Psychology major, found her calling in behavior therapy. Her joyful moments at her work inspired Mukesh to innovate & use SW technology as a co-founder of curaJOY, Mukesh draws immense satisfaction that at curaJOY, he will be able to leverage his skills and expertise towards making positive changes in people’s lives and help make our world a better place for all. Mukesh lives by his Motto: To Seek! To Find! To Achieve!

Caitlyn Ryan
Program Director
is a seasoned Board Certified Behavior Analyst and clinical director providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children, teens, and adults with autism, ADHD and related disabilities. She specializes in early intervention, caregiver education and training, preventing and treating severe challenging behaviors, and training staff to implement treatment plans with excellence. Caitlin brings valuable insights into the wide-ranging behavioral healthcare system, including school services, health insurance, research and service agencies. She enjoys watching children and their parents start to flourish as they learn to play, communicate, and set boundaries with one another.

Sherry Hsia
is a mother of three and founder of Baiyan Global Consulting, which specializes in talent development and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) interventions. Previously, she served as the Director of the International Bridge Program at Kaiping Culinary School in Taiwan. Since her youngest ASD diagnosis, she has dedicated herself to helping children with special needs and pursued further studies in organizational psychology at Columbia University. She is certified in MBTI (Myer-Briggs Type Inventory), Hogan Personality Assessment, and IDI (Intercultural Development Inventory). Sherry joined curaJOY to give every child the opportunity to learn how to thrive for life!

Dr. Joanne Tzu
is a licensed clinical psychologist, mother, researcher, and adjunct professor whose interest in child cognitive development early in college, and received multiple grants from the Ministry of Science and Technology in Taiwan to further research in the field. Her research and expertise include psychological assessment, psychotherapy, brainwaves, hypnosis, and neuropsychology.
